Error During Activation

Hello Experts,

I am working on PDF based form using the version Adobe LifeCycle Designer 7.1.When I try to activate the form, I am getting the message "Error during activation - Message no. EU837 ".

I searched the forum,but i did not get the solution....

Can you please suggest me what is the issue?...
