    Dear

You can control through user status with authorization code.

Create user status in transaction BS02 assign the object types and transaction control. assign the authorization code to the user profile/role. Assign the user status to the order type in transaction OPJH.

    Hi,

The only way to control this is through user exit. The logic may be

Create a Y-table and maintain User Id in it.

When user tries to do anything with status CLSD, system will check the user id.

If the user id is matching with the id maintained in Y-table then system will allow otherwise it will not allow.

    Hello,

The Authorization Object for your requirement is : K_ORDER

Field name for the Object is CO_ACTION

Please have a word with your Basis team to activate this in the User profiles..

    Regards,

    Siva
