When the Standard Lead web service will be Triggered?

Hello Experts,

I am newbie to Cloud for Customer.

My question is , i have created Lead under sales work center in SAP C4C,but i want to know when the Lead standard web services will be triggered (When i click on Save or save and open or save and close ).

Hello there BalReddy,

I hope this Monday is going fine for you there at HYDERABAD.
The system will exchange information between your end and the cloud application only when you click save, save and new or save and open. The filled fields will then be merged in a XML file with all details so that the Cloud Application can create your new fresh Lead record for later use (or inform you a missing field is required to proceed).

When you are filling information across each available field, the communication is not triggered - this would seriously compromise the system performance, even more in mobile scenarios.
