Can I display portal roles based on an IP filter?

I have read about PCD Filtering, but don't think it will help my situation.

I would like to use 1 portal to support multiple dev and qa backends. My users are shared throughout the entire landscape, so I can't create rolls for test users. What I need is build roles that display web dynpro iviews based on the desired environment (i.e. DEVCLNT100, QASCLNT200).

Can I somehow filter/display the roll based on IP address? Then I could create an alias like dev100.company.com for users to access in that environment, qas200.company.com for that one, etc.
