wats the busines object for service entry sheet ?

hi,

could anybody please tell me wats the busines object for service entry sheet ?

- is BUS2091 correct ?

- is there workflow template integrated with release procedure for service entry sheet just like we have for purchase orders ?

- i found WS20000383 for the BO BUS2091. its the only one there. where can i find the documentation of this workflow ? i cudnt find it MM workflow scenarios......

its very urgent, kindly help

BUS2091 Service entry sheet

This Workflow Checks the PO whether it has any Service Entry.

It is better what is the business Process you want to achieve if you can share with us we can help you.

Hi Arghadip,

My requirement is as follows.

for purchase order - there is release strategy configured in spro.

and then there is WS20000075 which we can activate, it wil read the release strategy by itself.

similarly, for service entry sheet, we can configure release strategy in spro

but there is no workflow template for service entry sheet that would read the release strategy and work by itself.

I need to confirm this thing.

SAP hasnt provided workflow template for release strategy of service entry sheet like it has provided for purcashe order...........is this correct ?

I think SAP has not provided it probably you can use the current Wflow and copy it and add functionality after the Ws20000075 is completed(Released Po). I also found that there is no Release event in BUS2091.

ok right. it means that there is considerable amount of workflow developement involved in building a service entry sheet release workflow. apart from a workflow template there is also a new event to be created.

there is no SAP std workflow is confirmed - that was all what i needed at this point of time.
