Delta Queue Performance Issue

Hi Everybody,

We are having a mass change in R/3 and there are lot of delta queues generated.But it is not getting processed and is remaining in READY state for a long time.

After reprocessing it , it is going out. How to avoid the generation of large no of queues and is there any report for queue performance analysis.
