Changing the fiscal year of FIPP key value of parked document from 07->08

At fiscal year change the document automatically change the doc no to 2008. If you don't enter a year at selection (e.g. in trans FB03) you will be prompted and if you answer no you will get the old document that shall no longer be used.

In workflow the year in the FIPP is not changed automatically and this results in that the user can not execute the workflow task because workflow can't find the document.

By manually change to 2008 in the FIPP in the workflow container, the workflow can be used again.

Is it possible to changes the year in FIPP key values from 2007 to 2008 at the change of the fiscal year from 2007 to 2008 automatically.

Please search OSS, there are some detailed notes about this and reports you can run.

Instead delete the existing WF instance (logically) and reinstantiate with the new Object key value.

I think there are reports that are used to update the fiscal year. In one of my work the client copied the Invoice document number into a document created in the current year and deleted the old document. Similar changes needs to be made in the Existing Wflow instance also.

    Thanks
