New Journal: an error ocurred

Hi,

I have done the "set up Journals" wizard in the admin console for an application and I get the message that it has successfully finished.

However when I go into Excel and click on Journals and then "Enter a new Journal" I get the following Error message:

"New Journal: an error occurred". Also when I click on Opening an existing Journal I get another error message:

"Run time error 91 object variable or with block variable not set".

I have done a modify application but I still get the same result. Does anybody have an idea or experienced the same problem?
