Can I do a quick test of HDI and CDS aspect from XSA in a cloud trial account, either neo or cf?

I would like to do a quick test of HDI and CDS aspect from XSA (no XSA Java involved!).

Can I do this in a cloud trial account (neo or cf) or do I need a HANA express installation for this?

The documentation on what to expect with regard to XSA in neo and cf trial accounts is unfortunatly a bit thin...

    Hello Wolfgang,

with the SCP CF trial you can do this. Within the the Web IDE Multicloud Edition, create an MTA project and a HDB Module. If not already done, you have to deploy the builder to your CF space you have configured. This can be done in the Project Settings -> Cloud Foundry for your MTA project. Here you have to connect to your CF space (using either the CF configuration defined in your user preferences, or manually for the project - details about the API endpoints can be found here).

Personally I still use HXE for most of my "exploration" tasks, because my experiences with the CF trial are not the best at the moment (slow, buggy, ...).

    Regards,
    Florian
