Hi Folks,

I am trying to create a change document through a custom program , where I am calling the FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and CRM_ORDER_SAVE to create a CD.

Now I am able to create a Normal Change (Change Document) but whenever I am trying to create a Urgent Change CD , the issue persists.
The CD gets created but with an error message 'Details No cycle for the current system' in the WEB UI.

As per my understanding, a unique task list is created for Urgent Change as opposed to Normal Change for which I am using the FM /TMWFLOW/CREATE_UC_TASKLIST
still no help.

Urgent help required
Please help.

More information would be needed to troubleshoot this.

What is the Support Package level of your Solution Manager system?

Do you use Ibase component or configuration item, when creating an Urgent Change?

When you create an Urgent Change manually, do you get similar errors?

I think that the best bet would be to debug the error, I see that the technical name is SOCM_ACTION_LOG 011. This error message seems to be raised by the consistency check MAINT_INST (you can see this in SM34 => AIC_SETTINGS (Solman 7.1) or AIC_SETTINGS2 (solman 7.2) => choose the Urgent Change transaction type => go to Assign consistency checks. At creation , there is MAINT_INST consistency check for Urgent Changes.

You can check what does this consistency check look at, if you go to the proxy implementation class (you can find out in SE16 => TSOCM_PROXY_IMPL => choose your Urgent Change transaction type).

For SMHF the check is on method CL_CHM1_URGNT_CORR_INSTANCE_70 => IF_EX_SOCM_CHECK_CONDITION~CHECK_CONDITION . Search for the string MAINT_INST You can check the code there and make sure you fulfill the conditions.

Best regards,

Miguel Ariño
