How can I connect a SAP Backend System to a Web Dynpro Component?

I would like to connect my Web Dynpro Component to a SAP BAckend System. I guess I'll have to use a "Model"?

Is there any documentation, links, tipps for that??

Hi,

You have to use the Adaptive RFC Model.

For this you need to have JCO configured at your WAS server to the respective SAP Backend.

Is there any informatiton for Netweaver CE 7.1?
