Automatic forwarding Stops, Please help,Urgent

Hi Experts,

Most of the Automatic forwarding of the Work Items stops, some users getting alerts, while most of one has problems, recently we renamed the user name of most users, I donu2019t know is there any relationship with this, I checked the mail settings with SCOT and its working fine.

When I check the user account details with SU01 and SO16 it display correct e-mail address and it seems correct. But in SOST it display the recipient name as:: 50380(50380, user name). I wonder why this happen, please help in this matter,

    Cannot process message, no route from 02971 to DRP:310:02971

    Message no. XS826


    To continue processing, the system requires a valid route from sender 02971 to recipient DRP:310:02971 (type RML).

    System response

    The action was terminated.

    Error occurred in R/3 in SAPconnect


    If this error was generated within R/3 by SAPconnect, you have the following options:

    Create a route (i.e. assign a suitable address area, which covers the above address, to a node).

    1. Check whether the route exists, but the node to which it is assigned is not in operation. If this is the case, change the route or put the node into operation.

    2. Change the recipient address if it has been entered incorrectly.

    If the error was detected outside of R/3, please read the operator's manual for your communication software or contact the manufacturer.

    You have just answered your own question.

    Also, to quote from the [Rules of Engagement|]:

    Do not use words in capital letters and any of the words: urgent, quickly, burning, etc in your message. Especially not in the title! This just irritates and does not help you get to your goal. From our side, we definitely do not answer faster when we see these words.
