Hi SDNers,
I need to raise a issue/ticket/mail if some records which have exception are transfered to exception folder during automatic process. Is it possible in MDM. I am using MDM 5.5 SP05

Hi Dilmit,
Yes I think its possible to get a mail when the automatic process fail to import record. Try using Computing Center Management System(CCMS), It can be intergrated with MDM, and you can trace most of the activities registered under it.
