Country to Employee linkage

Hi Gurus,

I am new to the functionality of HR functional.

Where should we configure the employee to country relation.

In which infotypes we need to maintain these relation.

If I am wrong, how to cofigure and find where particular employee belongs to which country.

hi,

it is related through Personnel area.

when you create personnel area and then you will assign those personnel areas to COmpany code and company code to Country grouping so the cycle is complete.

you will mention Personnel area of the employee in 0001 IT.

as PA is assigned to COmpany code and compmany code is assigned to country grouping. it opicks up the country grouping of the employee.

assignment of pa to company code.

in pa0001 table you can see his PA
