Triggering ESS leave request

Hi all

This might be a rookie question, but then again it should be fairly easy for you guys to answer:

W want to use the leave request workflow from the ESS, but my queston is whether I have to put an event on my copy of the workflow e.g. WS20000081 or is it triggered automaticaly from the setup in the ESS? If I need a triggering event on the workflow - what BOR would I be using?

I really hope you will find time to answer this so I can get going with my workflowing.

Best regard

Jesper

    Hello Jesper,

The WF is triggered directly by the leave request application, the WF is defined by customizing.

However the customizing largely depends on the version you are using, ECC6 LR is completely different from earlier versions.

    Cheers,

    Mike

I thank you Mike for your answer. It helped me onward.

We are using ECC 6.0 and I have therefore started out with the WS12300111 workflow. I am going to put the workflow in the IMG for the leave request and then determine the agents (which is the next error message).

      Thanks again.

      Jesper
