Configure Claims Approval in ESS

Dear all,

We need to configure Claims advance approval in the ESS,we are able to configure that iview.When a person claims its triggering into UWL as work item and also into the Claims advance approval iview.

Actually we dont want the claim to be triggered to the UWL with work item for approval.

I guess that the Worflow task must be registered in the UWL again.

Try to re-register the UWL so that the Workflow task gets registered again.

Lemme know if it's correct...!

Without registering the Task ID ,the work item will not come into UWL

Goto SWFVISU and set the Visualization type for WF Task as iView.

Also make sure that generate the XML file from UWL and change the action type as iView and again register the UWL and check whether workitem is now getting executed or not

Hi Vijay,

Thanks for your suggestion a little work around was done based on your suggestion and it worked , a little correction is we need to add the action type as launch iview for the default action of the task ID and we have to change the XML of the generated UWL with the URL of the concerned iView.
