getting error message when approving shopping cart

Hi All,

When approving shopping cart we are getting the following intermittent error message "invalid Service

You have specified an invalid service. The service name was bbpsc07. "

Error remains even when we clisck on other menu items.

Then we have to logoff and Login again.

What is the cause of error,this is causing lot of problem.

Kindly help me.
