Workflow issue

Hi All,

I am a functional consultant and have been given a workflow issue to be worked on.I have minimal idea on workflow.

I tried to see that if the Workflow customization is okay or not from SWU3.There is a tab which says Starts Verificaion Workflow and i have executed it and save it as a Transport request in Devlopment.Now i have some mails in my SBWP (Workflow inbox) asking for User Decission.

Can anyone help me as to what is it.
