I have an issue in campaign execution in Hybris marketing on primise 17 09. My hybris marketing system integrated with CRM system
I have created Trigger based campaign and in the automation tab, I have selected action “Create CRM activity” and when I click on that action, right side I am having the parameters like category, Type, priority, status etc.. and I can select the values from the drop down. But now I am not getting any values for those parameters and getting blank
NOTE: For the C4C actions “Create C4C activity or C4C phone call” I am gettign the drop down values.
I have seen one document and menctioned that these parameter values will come from connected system (SAP CRM).
Could you please provide any suggestions, where we have to customize these values or any integration points which we need to perform.

You can check the link below, it shows how to add a new custom actions and also how to maintain parameters. you can then validate if your action and settings are correctly done.

Thanks for the information provided. But my issue is not with custom parameters, when i select any CRM action (Create CRM activity/Lead etc..) in the automation tab, parameters like "type category" are appearing, but parameter values are not populating.
But when i select any C4C actions, parameter values are populating to select. Please find below screen shots for further information. Please guide me if anything i have to xutomize aither in Hybris marketing or in CRM

As per the help document, these values are driven from what is maintained in the connected CRM system.
Can you check what are the settings maintained in the CRM systems. Also check the settings in the view CUANV_CE_CRMPRSD.
