dynamically assign wage types according their seniority

What is the procedure to assign wage types according to their seniority/level change.

Most Urgent.

Pls help.

Suggest create in Payscale group and level in T510 table for seniority/level change. It'll reflects in IT 0008 for the Employees.

Under CN28 country group there is a operation CNSLV. It can calculate seniority and create wage type according to seniority.

I am not sure if there is a similar one in your country group. If not, then you can create your own operation by imitating CNSLV.

The problem of this solution is that you'd better have both HR function knowledge and ABAP knowledge
