Enter data through OB08 although client is non-modifiable

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement:

My client XXX is non modifisble. But i have to add entries in view V_TCURR view through transaction OB08.

Is there any way to allow to enter data in transaction OB08 although client is non-modifiable?

Please suggest.

Hi Krishnendu,

If the status is non modifiable you should not try to modify the same rather aproach legally to basis to open the client for change, once update they can agian close the client for modifcation.

Though there is another way to create the entry by bypassing this rule wich is not ethical. you can go to SM30 first dispaly V_TCURR. go to debug mode, /h and switch over to edit in debug and can input the new rates.
