PPDS Alerts - Receipt too early (dynamic pegging) use Requirement End Date/Time

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement that the alert must be shown for the Receipt elements that come too early. So in the Location Product master, I specify the time variances allowed between the requirements date/time and availability date/time before the system should create date/time alert which is 1 hour. (See ctempproduct-master.jpg)

Then I create the Purchase Req with available date/time is 13.02.2018 19:00 and there is a DepDmd on 13.02.2018 19:30 (See ctempproduct-view.jpg) . I am expecting the alert will not come out as it's still within tolerance 1 hour. But the actual result is differ from what I expect, the alert is there.

The alert is shown because the Variance is 7.51 hours (See ctempdate-alerts.jpg) . It come from the comparison between availability Date/Time of the Purchase Req versus the Requirement End Date/Time of the DepDmd.

The question is :

1. Why it use Requirement End Date/Time ?

2. Is there any setting to use the Requirement Start Date/Time instead ?
