Presentations in CRM

Dear Experts,

we are implemnting CRM in our organization... we are into different business like Airports, Energy, Sugar , Properties....

My business is asking me whatt will be the benifits if we implement CRM.... and i must have to give presentaion to all the above business how it will be useful in that particular business... i am align to CRM.... what will be the benfits if i implement CRM in Airports, what will be the benifits if i implement CRM in Suagr, Properties, energy... Please let me know what kind of process are there in Airports, Sugar, properties relating to CRM .
