This is what i have done. I create a impersonalized form and downloaded as pdf form.

After i pressed the submit button in my form, it send to the gp successful and continue with the flow process.

Now, i need to know how can i send a notification letter to the sender after the admin have approved the form.

I try to create the send notification callabel object but i tink there is something more i nd to do, cos the steps did nt require me to enter the email addr of the receiver.

May i know where is the part where i can enter the email address of the mail receiver so that GP know who to forward the mail to?

Hi

In general, this is a great way to get your questions answered

However, I would kindly advise you to first read the official NW documentation and then, if you have additional questions, you can again ask them here

Here is a link to the general GP docu on help.sap.com:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/39/198141f906040de10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

And next here is a link to the GP Forms docu:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/39/198141f906040de10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm

Also, here is a link to the docu for Mail Management in the Admin workset, where you can read how to set up mail templates, etc.:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/0c/f96d420a00de54e10000000a155106/frameset.htm

Hope this info is of some help
