    Mona,

    The record printing can only be Sequential and I do not think there is a way to print the lines in two columns (5 items each)

    It can only go one way

    hi mona,

    You can print it only on cosecutive pages

    by setting "Max Rows Per Page" to 5 in print preferences.

    Mona it is possible......

    Make four fields

    Field_One = Text field with the value "5"

    Field_Two = Formula "LineNum()"

    Field_Three = Formula "Field_Two<=5"

    Field_Four = Formula "Field_Two>5"

    Link Field_Three with left side items & Field_Four with right side items.

    Now 1-5 items will at left side & 6 onwards will come at right side. The problem is that item six will be displayed at its own position ie at line number six of right side instead of line number one. This is where I am stuck. If you find the solution let me know.
