Error during releasing a TR

I am facing a problem during releasing a request::

Calling the transport control program tp

"tp EXPCHK WADK933459 pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_WAD.PFL -Dtransdir=/usr/sap/tr"

which checks the export requirements, returned the following information:
