Adobe Document Services

Hi,

I want to install Adobe document services on our BI 7 system(SPS15). I have the configuration guide for adobe document services. But before i start the configuration i should install the ADS. Can any body give a step by step to install ADS on a standalone server.

Can any body give me the DVD number where this installation file is sitting. If not atleast a link so that i can downlaod the file.

I have got the ADSSAP.sca component on my JAVA.

Thank you,

Ravi.

    Have you Installed WEB AS JAVA. If yes nothing to do.

    if no, prepare to install [Adobe Document Services -Config during Installation|http://i303.photobucket.com/albums/nn153/S0002919350/SAP%20Issues/AdobeDocumentServices-Config.jpg]WEB AS JAVA . get the CD Numbers thru Inst Guide.

    Adobe Docuemnt Services is installed by default with WEB AS JAVA Installation -> Screen shot >

    Only RederRights need to be applied later.

    Hi

    First check that you have ADS deployed in your system or not using SDM. If not, then deploy the SCA present with you using SDM. This is the first step in installing ADS.

    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/92/fb673ba8ecf22fe10000000a11402f/content.htm (To deploy)

    After that you can configure the ADS services in the system.

    http://service.sap.com/adobe --> Media Library --> Documentation.

    NB: Make sure you have the current ADS sca related to your WAS release.

    Hello,

    You might want to check this nice blog, which gives you a stepwise list of actions for configuring and using ADOBE Forms.
