Monitoring Alert for checking whether SAP system is live or not

Hi Guys,

I wanted to configure CCMS alert for my Production system in Solution Manager. But, I could not find one option which I want to check my Production is running or down in CCMS monitor.

Can any one help me to get/find this option in CCMS monitor/or any other way in Solution Manager please?

Availability monitors in RZ20 transaction would do the required thing for you.

Please understand correctly my question. I am looking for the MTE in RZ20 to check wheter the system live or not. OR any way to configure to send alert to check whether the SAP system live or not??
