CPU maxing out since 4.2 upgrade

Good morning the BI Experts;

We upgraded our 4.1 instance to BI 4.2 SP5 couple of weeks ago and have had couple of instances where Tomcat has maxed out CPU for several hours.

The Bobjects has not monitored any problems during these issues although scheduled reports have refused to run, especially the publications.

Do I need to change to our tomcat configuration for the scheduled reports (publications) to run properly

Is Tomcat and CMS servers are all on one server or was it split ? Schedules in pending state should not be caused by Tomcat high CPU.
