    Hi Shravya,

I could not vlearly understand the Error message that you were getting

how ever i have encountered accounting related problem once when creating a PO (i.e relating to posting periods)

I did it by going through the SPRO (configuration screen)

Path SPRO- > Financial Acc ->Fin Acc Global Settings ->Document -> Posting periods

please go there and see if you can rectify the error

i'm not sure of the answer as i could not understand completely the Accounting Error you were geting

Please do send a message if this is not helpful so that we can work out

If found helpful reward accoordingly along with exact error message so that it would be learning to me as well

    Thanks & regards
