sending notification when PR is deleted in R3 to SRM requester

HI SDN,

I am working on SRM,my requirement is that i need to send a email notification whenever PR is deleted in R3 system to the requester/buyer in the SRM system.The item along with the quantity that has been deleted should be sent via email to the requester.Help me regarding this,will reward points for the best answer.
