Payroll on last working day

Dear Experts,

How is possible to run payroll on last working day of the period?

Ex.: We want to run Payroll on every last day of the month, but if last day is a holiday/off, it should be running on a day prior to that !

Only if 31st is holiday /off, Payroll should run on 30.

Pls. suggest?
