Loss of pay accumulated to 30 days system need to deduct the 1.5 EL's from ELquota

Hi Experts

I have a requirement that employee taken the leave with out pay ( Loss of pay) either continuously or once in while also if that Loss of pay days reached( accumulated) to 30, system automatically dedct the 1.5 EL's from the EL quota of the employee

Immediate responce is very use ful and appreciable
