PA30 and PA40 screen employee details are not displaying in certain country

Hello experts,

I have a problem in displaying employee details while we enter a personnel number in the PA30 and PA40 screens( Details like -Personnel area, employee name, subarea, etc). It is displayed for some country personnel assignments but not to every countries. How to do this?

Hi Ravi,

Please check the following path

SPRO> PM> PA> Customizing User Interfaces> Change Screen Modifications ............. to set the default values in the PA20, PA40, PA40 screens.

SPRO> PM> PA> Customizing User Interfaces> Change Screen Header..............

check any feild was hided in the Infotypes.

Hi,

As SC wrote - screen heather is not configured for some of the countries. Inside ot Heather customizing there is one button something like "Where used" this will allow you to see for which counties this header will be used. I am sorry but I do not have system at the moment.

I hope you are familiar with heathers as they are a lot of connected settings that should be linked correctly in order to have header working at the end.

Hi,

In Transactions PA30 and PA40 you will accessing Infotype data. Infotypes are country specific. You need to check the permissibility of infotypes to the country you want to check the data in V_T582L - Assign Infotypes to countries.

Not while selecting infotypes, the very first screen of PA30 and PA40, just we enter a personnel number his name, personnel area, and subarea are displayed for some persoonel numbers but not to evry countries. this is before we select an infotype details.any idea?

I think the screen header is missing for the country.

Check the configuration

Spro -> PM -> PA -> Customizing User Interface -> Change Screen Header.

As per my knowledge the screen header modification is done for Infotypes. But here the issue with PA30 & PA40 transactions. I feel that ABAPer need to check the function module & the screen layout if there is any check for countrywise display.

Experts, pls correct if i am wrong.
