Email not getting triggered for Login problem

Dear All

I am using EP 7 SPS 13 2004s.

We use both LDAP and UME for user management.

I want to configure Login Problem functionality for the user.

For this I did the following steps:

1. In Configtool I set the parameter ume.logon.logon_help to true.

2. In Configtool, parameter ume.notification.pswd_reset_performed is already true.

I restarted the server after it.

After restart, I can see the link Login Problem? Get Support.

On click to Get Support, I am redirected to the page for filling in my user Id and email.

After submitting the details, I get a message that an email has been sent but I am not receiving any email from the system for password reset.

I have already read the following links on help.sap.com

Kindly help me with this.

Am I missing some steps? What else needs to be done?

Regards

I forgot to mention that If I manually reset the password in User Admin, then users are getting emails. For other admin taks such as deletion or creation of users also triggers the email response.

Only incase of Login Problem, users are not getting emails.
