Missing entries in COPA budget extraction

We loaded budget data into COPA in ECC. However, one of the entries is incorrect so we deleted the entry in ECC and re-input the correct entry. The budget data in ECC is now correct and we did an init of the COPA cube in BI. All COPA actual data is brought in to BI correctly. However, the budget is missing the 'deletion' entry we did in ECC. Has anybody encountered similar issue with COPA data load in BI? Thank you.
