Table space question

Hello,

I have a question about the tasks to follow when a table space is increased.

First of all, tell you than I am not administrator, I am a BW developper that has had some problems during a massive upload on BW.

I had to move 13 million records from a Cube to another Cube. Administration team increased available space on ZODSD table space. When I finished data upload, I found an error on data stored so I had to delete and upload the data again. Administration team said to me that no problem, because if those massive uploads were allowed in the database previously it should be stored the same way with the new upload. Before starting with the reloading process I deleted data from PSA and Cubes, but got several dumps due to the same table space error.

Does anybody know if any action should be performed at database layer in order to free physical memory?

Many thanks in advance.
