Fchr -Copying from excel and posting

Hi friends,

I have a small question. My Accounting user copies 19 check numbers at a time and posts them in fchr- Online cashed checks transaction. Is there any efficient way to do this? I mean which data migration method (LSMW, Call Transaction...) you think is good procedure,?

Thanks,

Deepthi

Yes. You can use a call transaction or LSMW.

    Hello deepthi,

well I am not sure if i understood it in the right way, but is your user

    - copying 19 entries into fchr

    - post the cashed cheques

    - copying further 19 entries into fchr

    - post the cheques?

    There is an alternative:

    - copying 19 entries into fchr

    - press <enter> and <pgn dn>

    - copy further 19 entries......

    The second way:

Ask the bank for a file FCKR offers possibility for upload (similiar to EBS), pls. read report documentation, in my experience a usefull report.

    Best regards

    Horst
