tapedrive not detected at sap level in DB13 and BRTOOLS

Hai Experts!

Ours is ECC6.0 and we have it in unix operating system with oracle 10g database. HP tapedrive at o/s level it is detecting but at sap level it is not detecting when we schedule backup through either DB13 or BRTOOLS.

when we go through brtools i got an error " checking label on volume in device/dev/rmt/2mn failed ".

please help me regarding this issue its very urgent for me.
