J2ee server got stopped with ext code -11113

Respected Members,

At Os level i went to configtool and made some changes in Global Service Configuration to change the password .

And saved it and then it displayed the message to restart the cluster but i don't know how to restart the cluster.

I have restarted the j2ee process from the console.

Now problem is it is not running the j2ee server and showing exit code -11113 but SDM and Dispatcher are running and they are in green colour in console.

On seeing the display trace it is showing that JVM is unable to start due to non zero exit code.

Please help me to start the j2ee server again as soon as possible.

THanks .

exit code -11113 is only due to UME authentication failed.

Is you JAVA UME is local UME database (or) mounted on any ABAP System.

If you can give where you changed & what you chnaged in config tool will be more clear, as you can open config tool again.

    Relogin & recall !!!!!!!!!

But - the exist code sounds only UME fails .

    Rgds

    Manish,

Looks like Your DB is down.

Start your SAP Server in this Order:

    1. Start DB first

    2. Start SCS (Central Services)

    3. Central Instance

    4. Dialog Instances

Have you changed any UME parameters in Configtool?

Have you tried to change your UME Datasource?

Explain with your OS,DB,Portal Version details as well as your Log file under /usr/sap/<SID>/work/jvm_* files

...So that we can dig more.. 😊

    • Hello Dear Manish Garg.Try to read this : J2EE Service in Solution manager can not be started

Check the defaultTrace.trc file for finding error. Your UME configuration are not good, you need to check all UME settings, and best if change back (check all selected objects in com.sap.security.core.ume.service truth configtool).

. As i can see you only can ask on this forum and don't know how you can add points to Guys. I'm know that forum It is created for an exchange of knowledge, but if some one Assisting you spends time, be kind

give him poits (it's no so hard my friend.) Regards.
