AES encryption and decryption feasibility in SAP

Dear Experts,

Need some Info on AES encryption and Decryption functionality in SAP.

Requirement is as below.

A certain number of the User will be Encrypted at front end and the same will be passed to SAP, SAP should Decrypt it store the value in a table.Requesting to provide details or any links corresponding to AES Encryption and Decryption ,if any one has worked on such requirement earlier.

Should this replace SNC encryption between Client and Application Server ?
