problem in batch

hi

i am working in ecc6 , at the time of go live we upload fert stock in system. in batch we put our own no but this no is not shown , when i see in mb51 , if i see throu mat code then this no is shown in mb51,mb52. now it is not possible to change the batch. how i change the batch.

HI,

First you check the material is already in unresticted or quality based on that you reverse the material , then again you need post the material through MIGO through changed batch number.

There are two options

1) Reverse the earlier transaction by MBST t-code and enter new one with correct batch

or

2) Transfer posting by MB1B, Mov.Type: 309

material reversal & transfer posting is not posseble of this batch. can we change in table.

pl note that at the time of uploading thru bapi . we creat a excel file for data uploading.the batch no is 6l140309 but in the time of trns.posting I change in L. which is showing error.

You can transfer the stock by MIGO - Transfer Posting to the required batch
