How to update shopping cart details in BBP_PD

Hi SRM Gurus,

We are using SRM5.0 classic scenario.

I would like to seek your expertise on how to populate or update the shopping cart informations in BBP_PD. We can see from FM BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL the shopping cart details like CTR_HDR_NUMBER, CTR_ITEM_NUMBER, BE_OBJECT_ID, BE_PLANT, BE_PUR_ORG and so on. However, in BBP_PD, display information of documents does not contain some information like CTR_HDR_NUMBER and BE_OBJECT_ID. In backend SAP, we BE_OBJECT_ID(follow on doc) is already available.

Please advise how to update abovementioned missing info in BBP_PD.

Afer running the BBP_GET_STATUS_2, still no informations were updated if we have displayed the shopping cart in BBP_PD. Please advise.

Pls give me your email id where I can send you a config guide that you can cross-check with your settings. This will help you to check if all the config has been done or not.

Hi Madelyn,

You need to schedule a periodic background job for the report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 to get the updates form your backend system.
