How to stop UD when Result Recording is not carried out,using PFCG.

Hi Experts,

I need to know how to stop UD when the Result Recording was not carried out using Transaction Code - PFCG (Authorization - Basis).

This is a INBOUND scenario.

This is againest GR.

The inspection Lot has an Inspection Plan and MICs.

The result recording is carried out by LAB Personnel.

The UD is done BY Inventory Management (STORES PERSONNEL)

or Can it be solved by user status.

If so, I need step by step,explanation.

This is client's urgent requirement.

Please do the needful.
