Urgent!!! General Information Page for MSS is not working

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to display the general information page via a customised MSS role however, it is not displaying any data whatsoever. I am currently using ECC6.0 and SAP NetWeaver Portal SP15.

As far as I am aware, all the necessary permissions exist within the line manager content and srvconfig folders.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

    Does the manager have employees reporting to him? Can you

    see them in team calendar, It should work, What error or screen you see, when you launch it?

      Hi Bala,

      Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately, none of them have solved our issue. However, I have found a [message|/message/2859205#2859205 [original link is broken]] which refers to note 1007341. I'm going to get our Basis team to apply this patch then I'll let you know what happens.
