hi Experts,

I have to do a PR wf with 4 level Release. Before the release i have to send the PR to FI person in change mode and after the FI person does the changes and saves

FI person should get a Pop Up asking for Accept or Release. On clicking Accept the WF should be set to Release strategy.

In the flow the FI person should only once check and make his decision initally.

I have checked in the Form and din't get any answer.

plz tell me where do i set the FI person in the wf Flow.

You have to put a check FM to read FI person's decision. Develop a new WF just to get the FI's decision.

Or

Within the std Release strategy WF ( By copying it), add an approval step that should be raised only once and based on his decision either move forward with the release strategy or set it to "Release".
