Transfer Order(Picking list) Issue...

Issue: Deliveries are being created with delivery block " " and this is not allowing the creation of the Transfer Order (Picking list) (that is the instruction to the warehouse to process the delivery,) without this document they dont know that a pending delivery is pending to be processed.

Question: Can anyone please help how to solve this issue.

HI;

I presume that the Picking list can be sent to the WM only when the delivery is ready to be shipped. Since the delveiry is blocked I am not sure why the TO needs to be created. Is this a custom reqmt.

Acc. to a user---'this has happened with (around 10) delieveries and its affecting Warehouse performance and Customer service..'
