Installing Crystal Reports 2016 upgrade

I keep getting an error message when installing 2016 upgrade. I have a Windows 10 machine, 64bit running Crystal XI

Try right clicking on the Setup.exe and selecting Run as Administrator.

There is no direct upgrade from CR XI to CR 2016, those are 2 different apps and CR 2016 should install next to your XI.
This message might indicate you're running out of space...
