In GP how to submit a process to multiple users

Hi Gurus,

In my GP Work flow, how to assign an action to multiple users.

Currently on my submit action, process is going to the UWL of one user. i want to assign the same to many users.

Please give me a solution for this problem.

Hi,

In your GP Process EDITOR change the initiation defined to initiation required then in roles tab assign a group for that process.

You can try out the technique mentioned in this Blog,

Which basically deals creation of an iview and changing its Application parameters and then assigning it to roles that can be ultimately assigned to users.

Hi,

Create one group in Portal,

Assign the USers whom you want that GP Process.
