Exporting properties from a word file into SAP KM

Hi community,

We use a custom word macro to force users to save special metadata our word documents.

Additionally we maintain the same metadata in SAP KM. Now the users ask why they have to maintain the metadata twice.

Is there an easy way to export the properties from the word document into SAP KM while uploading the file - or - import the metadata form KM into the wordfile?

("Easy way" means not custom programming necessary 😊
